Survey
Our glazier will visit to take precise measurements, assess access, and confirm all technical requirements — including glass type (e.g. toughened, laminated, fire-rated), frame material (uPVC, aluminium, timber), and hardware preferences.

Quote
You’ll receive an itemised quote outlining your options (installation or supply-only), lead times, and any access considerations. Once approved and a deposit is paid (if applicable), we’ll confirm your booking date.

Fabrication
Your units are manufactured to specification or sourced through our trusted suppliers. We prepare all components in-house and carry out thorough quality checks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Installation
Our experienced installers will complete your fitting with care — sealing, finishing, and testing everything to ensure a high standard. Old glass and waste are removed and recycled where possible. For supply-only orders, we’ll prepare everything for safe collection or delivery.

Aftercare
Our support doesn’t end with installation. Whether you have questions, need adjustments, or want to discuss future work, we’re here to help. We can provide guidance on glass care, warranties, and additional services if required.
